Together, we overcame the daunting and precarious challenges of the out-gone year through the grace of God. Therefore, counting on that grace, we should rise to enter the New year with greater confidence and belief in the average Nigerian human spirit to conquer the barriers and challenges confronting progress in all spheres of our national life.
